Herzogenaurach, 4/5/2017:
Two major projects were scheduled for completion in 2016, with the move planned for February 2017. But planning isn't everything – both major projects and the move itself were postponed for reasons beyond our control. As a result, the hot phases of the two major projects ran in parallel with the move in the spring of 2017.
When the old plan isn’t working any more, a new plan is needed. As far as our move was concerned, this meant that all the work had to be organised and managed by our administrative staff. In doing so, they were actively supported by those of our technicians who were not currently working on commissioning.
Well, a year and a half later, we can say that we've arrived.
Work on our ESX farm and on the redundant CompanyConnect fibre optic Internet connection has also been completed in the meantime.
Once again a big and heartfelt thank you to all our employees who, despite huge adversities, were involved in the new construction and helped us to bring the relocation project to a very successful conclusion.
