On the occasion of the awards received for 1st and 2nd place of the 2014 Industry Prize in the category “Intralogistics and Production Management”, the District Administrator Tritthart and mayor visited the company “Artschwager & Kohl Software” in Herzogenaurach.
Both of them conveyed congratulations on the awards received, which were of course very gladly accepted.
In a casual round of discussions, the company's employees and management explained to the politicians what the software firm “Artschwager & Kohl Software” actually offers on the market and what was so special about the software solutions for which they received the awards.
“This is very impressive”, said District Administrator Tritthart, commenting on the fact that, among so many applicants, the company won first and second place in the category “Intralogistics and Production Management”.
And Mayor Hacker was particularly pleased about the excellent training in the software house at Artschwager & Kohl. After all, two of the three employees who contributed to the success of the software were trained at Artschwager & Kohl itself.
The 1st prize was awarded to the company “Artschwager & Kohl Software” for “Wood Barrel Management with Wood Barrel Warehouse Management”. Alongside Guido Artschwager, Kerstin Ammon and Markus Postler played a decisive role in the creation of this special software.
Christian Lachmann's work made a decisive contribution to winning the 2nd prize. This was awarded to the software solution “Weighing Management”. This special software is helping a spice manufacturer in southern Bavaria to achieve greater transparency and efficiency in production.
